Women, Culture and Healing Anthologies

The stories in these anthologies are both fiction and nonfiction. Some are autobiographical and some tell the stories of beloved family members. The storytellers are from a wide variety of backgrounds, cultures and countries; but all have studied at the University of Washington Bothell to earn their Baccalaureate Degrees in Nursing. All of the women and men who have written these stories will touch many lives through their nursing care. These stories offer gifts from their community—gifts of reflection, strength and understanding to help all of us as we care for our patients and for one another. We are grateful for these stories from the women and men who are our healers.
