Admission to the University carries the responsibility to respect the rights, privileges, and property of other members of the University community and refrain from any conduct that interferes with University functinos or endangers the health, welfare, or safety of other persons.
Student misconduct may be ACADEMIC or BEHAVIORAL in nature. Either may occur in the classroom, at University sponsored activities on- or off-campus, and in residence halls. It may involve academic integrity, or behavior that violates others’ rights, or fails to comply with University rules.
