Join us to learn about upcoming scholarship opportunities to help cover tuition, fund study abroad, research or develop your leadership skills. The workshop will also introduce you to scholarship search resources and provide tips for becoming a competitive applicant.

Fulbright US Student Program Information Session and Webinars

Interested in graduate study, research or teaching English abroad after graduation? The Fulbright Program offers funding for international education experiences in 155+ countries! Attend an information session to learn more about the program, the application process, and resources available to UW applicants. Luce Scholars Information Session

Interested in post-graduate employment in Asia? The Luce Scholars Program provides fully-funded year-long placements in 16 Asian countries, including stipends, language training, and tailored work assignments, for young leaders who have had limited experience of Asia.

With good planning, financial aid and external scholarships can help cover the additional costs associated with study abroad. This workshop, led by UW Bothell Study Abroad Ambassadors, will provide general information and application tips about financial aid and several scholarships, including the Gilman, GO!, Fritz, Foundation for Global Scholars, and more!

Getting Great Letters of Recommendation

Learn specific tips on how to get the best letter of recommendation that can help you in applications to graduate school, scholarships, fellowships, internships...etc.! A panel of faculty members from various fields will be joining us to share insights on writing letters of recommendation and what they expect from students.

Join us to learn about one of the most popular scholarships that can help fund your research with a UW faculty member or a leadership project in the community. Hear from Mary Gates Endowment staff and current Mary Gates Scholars at UWB about the eligibility requirements, application process and helpful tips.
