Our well being extends past simply the physical wellness that we all seek to achieve and maintain. Keeping balance in the emotional, physical, mental, financial and spiritual realms all contribute to our wellness as individuals. The wellness program at the University of Washington Bothell offers a variety of workshops and classes that emphasize the various elements of health and wellness that are important to supporting balanced "Healthy Huskies."
