Rate of Pay: $9.00

Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary function will be to work with the Manager, Alumni Relations & Programs
- Assist in planning, executing, reviewing events and project
- Attend and participate in meetings for various alumni groups
- Provide support to UW Bothell alumni programs
- Database maintenance
- Writing/editing newsletter communications
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Great people skills, must be friendly and outgoing
- General office & computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work well within a team structure and take initiative on individual projects
- Excellent time management
- Flexible schedule
- Willingness to learn
- Background in public relations, hospitality, business, communications, or related areas helpful
- Knowledge of University of Washington Bothell and its leaders helpful.
