About the HEROs
The HERO's (Health Educators Reaching Out) plan events, facilitate workshops, and create various resources and outreach opportunities for students to improve their health and well-being. They are always available to answer any of your health and wellness related questions, as well as provide referrals to resources.
Mission Statement
Our mission as a team of Health Educators Reaching Out is to provide outreach and prevention programming that allows students to make positive and educated decisions about their overall health that will last a lifetime. Through programming, information sessions, availability, and openness, we meet the needs of the campus by providing support and awareness on nutrition and physical activity, mental health, sexual health, sexual assault, alcohol and other drugs, and other wellness topics.
