The Leadership Experience & Development Program is a joint program with Cascadia CC that compliments the educational missions of both colleges. This program stresses collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking in the work students accomplish. It also connects leadership to multicultural awareness, a commitment to service, and reflection in the students approach to leading others. The LEAD Program will transform the participants and shift their paradigm from seeing leadership in a position to understanding leadership as a process.
