Science and Technology Program Admission

Applicants are evaluated based on their academic performance, completion of core requirements and prerequisites, along with a personal statement providing the application committee with a compelling understanding of the student’s interest in the degree program and the University of Washington Bothell.

Biology

Applications for the Bachelor of Science in Biology are available online. Prospective students who would like admission advising may contact an admissions advisor to make an appointment.

2. Provide one official transcript from each college or university you have attended. Note: If you have attended a Washington state community college(s), please have your transcript(s) sent electronically (NOT faxed). In addition, please provide an official high school transcript.

3. Complete the online application with a Personal Statement and a non-refundable $60 application fee ($ 75 for international applicants).

Students who have not completed the prerequisites are encouraged to apply as a General Transfer student.

UW Bothell offers Guaranteed Admission to the Biology Program for transfer applicants: To be considered for guaranteed admission, please review the attached requirements for details (pdf). Applicants must apply by the admission application priority date and must meet all the requirements above at time of application.  A minimum GPA of 3.0 in all program prerequisite courses and the cumulative GPA of 3.3 in all college coursework is required. Please note that these requirements are subject to change

 

Electrical Engineering
