Applying to Start Early
You may ask for admission to UW Bothell as a Pre-BSN Student during any quarter to take courses in advance of admission to the BSN program. As a Pre-BSN student, you may register for elective courses that will apply towards your BSN. Many elective courses will also satisfy UW and Nursing admissions requirements.
International Students and U.S. Applicants who were Educated Internationally
International Students who meet the admission requirements for the Nursing program and the admissions requirements for international transfer applicants are encouraged to apply.
Both international students and U.S. applicants who were educated internationally who submit transcripts from educational institutions outside the U.S. as part of your application should allow extra time (at least 30 days) for evaluation of your admissions file.
Effective April 1, 2009, UW-Bothell Admissions is conducting its own evaluation of international transcripts; however, they may still require you to present a transcript evaluation from an agency that specializes in providing international transcript evaluations
