Office of Research Support

Research Interest Groups

What are they?  Small cohorts of three to four faculty who meet regularly during the academic year to discuss their research, scholarship and/or professional writing.  The first RIG meeting will establish the goals and objectives of the group members, guidelines for giving and receiving feedback and a meeting schedule.

Why should I be involved?  Faculty who are looking for feedback from their peers on their research endeavors.

Deadline and how to get involved:  Please contact Charlotte Rasmussen (crasmussen@uwb.edu) if you are interested in participating in a Research Interest Group.
