Application Process
Current UW Bothell Students
Current UW Bothell students will apply by completing the Health Studies Application form with their CUSP advisor. For the 2013-2014 school year, applications will be accepted for admission for Fall 2013 only. The application deadline will be April 15th, 2013. Admission is competitive.
Prospective UW Bothell Students
Incoming students who have met the admission requirements will apply by completing the UW Bothell new student application and selecting Health Studies as their intended major. For the 2013-2014 school year, applications will be accepted for admission for Fall 2013 only. The application deadline for completed application files is March 15th, 2013, so be sure to begin the application process early. Admission is competitive.
Personal Statement Application Requirement
As part of the application process, all applicants will write a Personal Statement. The requirements for this statement are on the application form. Please follow the instructions carefully as the Personal Statement is a very important part of your application. The Admissions Committee is particularly interested to learn about your personal background and/or interests that have led you to decide that Health Studies is the right major for you.
Application Timeline
All applications for the Fall 2013 incoming class will be reviewed for admission at the same time, and we currently anticipate admissions decisions will be mailed out in mid-May 2013.
