Any grading item box that has an exclamation point means that a student has submitted work, which needs to be reviewed and graded by an instructor. The following is a quick summary, but you may look at Downloading All Student Work for more detailed instructions on how to view student work.
Downloading Work From All Students
To download work from all students, click on the downward chevron icon (
) next to the assignment that you wish to view and select Assignment File Download.
Next, select some or all students to download work from. Blackboard will package the files in a zip folder to download.
Downloading Work From Individual Students
Click on the double down arrow next to the student grade area and click on the attempt to download an individual file.
