Blackboard 9.1 has a much improved interface over Blackboard 8 that allows instructors to easily customize pages and modify content within pages.

Item Order
Modify Item
To rearrange the order of items on a page, simply click and hold down the mouse button on the vertical double arrow icons on and drag the item up or down. A dashed outline will appear over where the item will be placed once you release the mouse button.
Modify Item
To modify an item on the page, click on the double down arrow 
next to the item that you want to modify. You will be able to edit, copy, and delete the item. Depending on the type of file, you will also be presented with additional options such as statistics tracking, user progress, etc.
