Class or Small Group Forum
- Class forums are open to all students and instructors who are enrolled in the course. You can view class forums by going to Control Panel > Course Tools > Discussion Board. From here, you will see all discussion boards in the course (including groups). To get to your class forum, simply choose your class from the list.
- Group forums are only open to the students who are assigned to the group. Instructors will have access to all group forums even if they are not part of the group. See Creating Small Groups for more information. You can view group forums two ways: Control Panel > Course Tools > Discussion Board, then choose the appropriate group. Alternatively, you can go to Control Panel > Users and Groups > Groups > group name > Group Discussion Board.
