Testing:
Use Outlook to test functionality using your account.
Use owa (http://mail.uwb.edu)
Verify that active sync is working by downloading email on your smartphone.
Priority:
PRI-1 Escalate to Lead in case of service disruption.
In case of outage determine:
SEV-1 or SEV-2
