Archive Email Setup

1.      Click on the FILE tab and select OPTIONS. Then select an ADVANCED tab, where you can see the AutoArchive settings.
 
 
  2.    Click on AutoArchive Settings buttons and you can set Outlook to AutoArchive automatically after the number of days you set. Also you can set AutoArchive to a specified folder and even the age of emails to archive. Then click APPLY.

 3.      To archive emails in a particular mail box, click on a FOLDER tab, click on a folder (for example, “Inbox”), and then on AutoArchive Settings.

 Choose “Archive items in this folder using the default settings” OR “Archive this folder using these settings” and then click APPLY.
