The Husky Card Flex Dollar Plan is a new program for the 2012-13 year.  Your $200 Flex Dollar amount is automatically loaded unto your Husky Card  Account.  Your Husky Card can then be used anywhere that the Husky Card is accepted such as Common Grounds and Food for Thought.  Whether it’s a coffee break or a fresh, hot meal you’re craving, the Flex Dollar Plan will have you covered! Love the convenience of eating on campus with your Husky Card?  It never has to end!  
Your Husky Card “ Flex Dollar” account can be easily reloaded online at anytime.  Best of all, you can add a custom amount to your account when reloading so the plan’s always right for you.  Goodbye dollar bills.  Hello convenience!

2012-13 Payment Plans

Student agrees to make each quarterly student housing payment by 5:00 p.m. by the following due dates:

Occupancy Period: Fall 2012 Winter 2012 Spring 2013 Summer 2013 Fall 2013
Housing Payment Due Date: Oct. 12, 2012 Jan. 25, 2013 Apr. 19, 2013 July 12, 2013 Oct. 11, 2013
Occupancy Period: 9/20 - 12/15 12/16 - 3/23 3/24 - 6/15 6/22 - 8/24 TBD

Payment Options

Payments can be made by one of the following methods:

  • By credit card or web check online from the Tuition Charge Statement on MyUW (for Student) or via the Online Tuition Charge Statement (for parent/guardian)
  • By check mailed to University of Washington Bothell Cashier’s Office, Box 358525, 18115 Campus Way NE, Bothell, WA 98011; or
  • In person by cash or check at the Cashier’s Office, UW1 160.
