University of Washington Bothell

Financial Aid & Scholarships

Welcome to the Office of Financial Aid. Meeting the costs of an undergraduate and graduate education is a major investment for many families. It requires planning, careful decision making, and a commitment from both you and your family.  We believe students from all economic backgrounds should have the opportunity to attend the University of Washington Bothell. Finances should not be a barrier.

To be considered for all the aid programs available, be sure to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online by February 28. You must list the "University of Washington" Code #003798.  Don't wait to be admitted. Meet the priority deadline even if you don't plan to attend until winter or spring, because our priority deadline applies for the whole year, not just fall.  If you complete the FAFSA after this date, we will still try to meet your financial needs, but first priority goes to those who complete it by February 28.

New FAFSA and WASFA applications are available for new 2015-2016 academic year.  Make sure to complete your's before the February 28th priority deadline. Here are the links
Please not that both applications have the same February 28th deadline.
