  * Please note: Beginning Autumn 2011 students will be required to request a quarterly leave and be charged $25/qtr instead of the current $35  for a full year of leave (summer qtr leave will continue to be  issued at no charge).  The Graduate School is in the process of changing information on their website to indicate these changes but, any students submitting a multiple quarter leave form prior to Autumn 2011 should be limited to leave that does not extend beyond Summer 2011. The Graduate School will try to notify any students who have already  submitted a request for this.  Also, a new $250 reapplication fee will go into effect for Autumn 2011.
