The Diversity Council Internship Course is designed to provide leadership and development opportunities that can assist students in:
1. Gaining exposure to, experience in, and new perspectives on diversity in higher education.
2. Building relationships with faculty, staff, and their peers as they increase their skills and knowledge about diversity.
3. Deepening their capacity to work in culturally diverse settings.
