Megan Jewell has been with the University of Washington since 2002. She currently serves as the Graduate Advisor to the CSS Masters degree and Masters Preparation Sequence students. Her previous work in the Computing & Software Systems Program has been as Undergraduate Advisor to the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science students. Back to Top

Janet McDaniel received her B.A. from Eastern Washington University in 1980. She majored in Home Economics with an emphasis in Business Administration. She began working for UWB in 1994. She was hired permanently in 1996 as an Office Assistant III in the Business Program. In May 2000, she joined the Computing & Software Systems staff as the Program & Internship Coordinator. She provides administrative support and coordinates the Computing and Software Systems student internship program. She works with industry and community partners to facilitate student internship placements.

Dina Meske

Dina has been at the UW since 1981. She is currently a Counseling Services Coordinator at the University of Washington at Bothell in the Computing and Software Systems. Her previous work at the UW Seattle campus was in the Mechanical Engineering Department, the School of Public Health working on a UW study for the Centers for Disease Control, and in UW Medical Center. During her numerous years of advising, Dina's academic activities include curriculum-planning, involvement in the College of Engineering (COE) restructuring as a member of the Engineering Restructuring team, and active membership in the COE ABET Coordinator Committee for engineering accreditation. Dina has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and is in the process of completing her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology writing her thesis on The Shadow of The Digital Age: Digital Addiction.
Dina was elected to the UW Professional Staff Organization (PSO) Board for the 2008-2010 term. PSO represents more than 7,400 professional staff at the UW. The PSO's goals are to represent the issues and concerns of professional staff to the university community and the legislature, to disseminate information and enhance communication and understanding among professional staff, and to foster professionalism and encourage professional development.
