How do I remove an event from the Master Calendar?

You can remove the events by doing the following:

  1. Log into the admin portion of the calendar, and click on "Edit this Event" for the event you would like to remove.
  2. Scroll down to the section that is entitled "Display When" and mark the option that says "This event is still in the planning stage".
  3. Once this option has been selected, follow the usual steps for submitting a change.

I need to edit an event I posted on the Master Calendar, whom do I contact?

Start with Web Services and we can refer you to the Calendar Admin for the particular calendar.

After you have done this, the event will appear at the right side of the page and will no longer appear on the calendar. Events are listed here when they still are in the approval process. You will see an option to select "No". When you select "No", the event is removed.
