Color Scanners - The computer lab has two scanners available for student, staff, and faculty use. Lab Consultants are available for technical assistance with scanning:

The Microteck ImageDeck stand-alone is located at the Lab Consultant desk. This scanner allows one to scan pictures directly onto a floppy or zip disk.
The Hewlett Packard ScanJet ADF is set up at a scanning station. If many lab guests need to scan, then appointments will be taken by the lab consultant.

CD Burners - The Windows workstations are equipped with CD-RW drives. The Apple workstations also have 8x CD-RW drives. CD-R's and CD-RW's can be purchased from the UWB Bookstore.

Zip Drives - Four Windows workstations are equipped with Iomega Zip 250 drives, which can read both 100MB and 250MB zip disks. The Apple workstations have Iomega Zip250 drives, which will read 100MB and 250MB zip disks. Zip disks are available for purchased at the UWB Bookstore.

Headphones - Headphones are available for checkout at the Lab Consultant desk. Guests must have a student, faculty or staff ID. The headphones are for lab use only and must be returned by the end of the day.
