All commencement participants must have appropriate academic apparel purchased through our apparel vendor. Students are not encouraged to march in apparel obtained elsewhere.
All apparel is provided by Oak Hall and must be ordered via the Registration/Online Form on this website between May 5 and May 25. If you already own a gown which you feel meets the criteria, contact the commencement Office at (425)352-3642 to set up an appointment to bring your gown in for approval before May 25th.
Apparel pick up will be available at our Grad Fair on June 2-3 at the Chase House located near the South parking garage on the UW Bothell campus.
When completing the Registration/Online Form, students will choose one of the dates to pick up their apparel. Please come on your chosen day.
Refunds for apparel will be granted on cancellations on or before May 25 by completing the Refund Form. Refunds after this date will be reviewed on an individual basis. No refunds will be processed after pick-up begins June 2.
