Academic Attire

All commencement participants must have appropriate academic apparel purchased through our apparel vendor. 

All apparel is provided by Oak Hall. The Online Registration/Order Form will be available in May 2013 to register for the UW Bothell Commencement ceremony. Students will be able to order caps and gowns, guest tickets, parking and other graduation items through this form.

Grad Fair

Held at the North Creek Events Center, Grad Fair is where graduating students can pick up their commencement apparel and guest tickets. The 2013 Grad Fair will take place at the North Creek Events Center which is located on the east side of the UW Bothell campus. Click here for dates for Grad Fair.  Click here for a site map.

Apparel Refunds

Refunds for apparel will be granted on cancellations on or before May 26 by completing the Refund Form. Refunds after this date will be reviewed on an individual basis. No refunds will be processed once pick-up begins.
