Make Change PAWSible 2012
For Make a Difference Day 2012, UW Bothell and Cascadia Community College teamed up to host Make Change PAWSible, a collaboration that implemented a series of projects to help our local community with a food drive to benefit Camp Unity and a Giving Paw to benefit New Beginnings.
Prior to the start of this service project, food drive donations were to benefit Tent City 4. However, during the time of this project, Tent City 4 had broken up into different groups. Huskies Make a Difference Day 2011
University of Washington Bothell students, faculty, and staff came together for UW Bothell’s first annual Huskies Make a Difference Day. Over 50 volunteers teamed up with the City of Bothell for three different service projects. The Office of Community-Based Learning and Research, several student organizations and leaders, and Student Civic Fellows worked together in coordinating the day of service and plan on continuing the relationships to offer more opportunities in the future.
