One-Day and Short-Term Service Projects
There are many different ways to engage with, strengthen, and empower communities through service and action. Each year, the Office of Community-Based Learning and Research teams up with Student Life and Cascadia Community College to offer a series of one-day and short-term service projects that allow students to make small, tangible differences in the community while simultaneously developing leadership skills and honoring the legacies of those who have fought and continue to fight for progressive change and social justice.
For more information about how you can participate in these opportunities, visit the other event pages or contact the Community-Based Learning Coordinator, Kaelyn Caldwell, at KaCaldwell@uwb.edu for questions.
