Welcome to the Office of Community-Based Learning and Research (OCBLR). The OCBLR builds and strengthens mutually beneficial partnerships between campus constituents and on- or off-campus communities, schools and organizations through the development of research, service, and teaching practices that are oriented toward public problem-solving. Ideally, projects and partnerships fostered with OCBLR will cultivate in students and collaborators the skills, know-how, and capabilities to build stronger, more just, and more vibrant communities, institutions, and life worlds.
