The UW Bothell Leadership MBA is a one-of-a-kind MBA program that focuses on leadership development throughout the curriculum. LMBA students-
- Make lasting professional connections in their close-knit cohort,

- Develop analytical competence and social and emotional intelligence to effectively lead people,
- Enhance business, team and communication skills, and,
- Work with future industry leaders from diverse professional and academic backgrounds.
Above all, LMBA students learn to motivate, inspire and lead. All students attend a Leadership Practicum that includes regular breakfast meetings with successful leaders in the first year and a mentorship program in the second year.

LMBA students come from a wide variety of industries such as banking, healthcare, insurance, law, manufacturing, gaming, online services, and software.
About the UW Bothell Eastside Leadership Center
The Leadership MBA is offered at the UW Bothell Eastside Leadership Center located at 2515 140th Ave NE Suite E-100, Bellevue, WA 98005 (Building E in the Park 140 Complex). (directions)
The UW Bothell Eastside Leadership Center was formed in Fall 2009 to serve the educational needs of the Eastside region.
Program Details
- 22 month program designed for working professionals
- Begins annually in the Fall
- Classes meet 2 evenings per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays 6:00-9:50 p.m.) with occasional Saturdays
- 40 students maximum
- Students take most of their classes with the same dynamic professional cohort
