2nd Annual TEC Business Plan Competition Final Round

Come see four teams vie for 
$20,000 in cash and prizes!

The Final Round for the 2nd Annual TEC Business Plan Competition will be held on Friday May 4th in Mobius Hall. Doors will open at 4:30PM with the event formally kicking off at 5PM.   We expect winners to be announced just before 8PM.  Food and refreshments will be served and we hope you all can come!

2nd Annual TEC Business Plan Competition

Here is what you need to know for a shot at $20,000 in cash and prizes:

Business Plans must be submitted by 4PM on Friday April 6^th, 2012.  This is the Friday immediately after Spring Break.  Plans should be submitted via email to

jgodek@uwb.edu

Approximately sixteen (16) teams will be selected to move on to the Semi-Final round on April 20^th, and 4-5 teams will be chosen to compete in the Finals on May 4^th.  Both Semi-Finalists and Finalists will be assigned industry or faculty mentors to help them refine their plans for the next round of competition.

Competition Dates:

• Friday, April 6   - Business Plans are Due

• Friday, April 20 - Semi-final, UWB1 - Vista

• Friday, May 4    - Final Round, Northcreek Events Center

All Semi-Finalists and Finalists will be provided with a great opportunity to present their plans to influential industry leaders.  So even if you don’t win the big money, you still gain networking opportunities that are extremely valuable for future employment or venture capital.

All workshops will be held in UWBB-240, 5-7pm and food will be served.

Please note UWBB-240 is in the new Beardslee Building:

18807 Beardslee Boulevard, Bothell, WA 98011. 

The Beardslee building (UWBB) is located north of the north campus entrance at Beardslee Blvd and 110th Ave NE.
