ELC Scholarships for International and Domestic Students
General
Approximately $20,000 in scholarships will be awarded (disbursed through autumn, winter and spring quarters). The award will be based on the academic merit of the students' grades in Business admission prerequisites.
Students who complete the UW Bothell online application to the ELC-Bellevue business program will be automatically considered. No additional application is necessary. See How to Apply page.
Those who apply by the priority application date of April 1st will receive first consideration. All applications received after deadline will be considered on a funds-available basis.
Award Notification
Applicants for Autumn 2013 admissions will be notified of scholarship award by letter with their offer of admission.
Criteria
1. Minimum GPA of 3.0 in Business admission prerequisites which include the following 8 courses:
- Statistics
- Calculus
- Microeconomics
- Macroeconomics
- Financial Accounting
- Managerial Accounting
- Law
- Advanced Composition
2. At least 4 of the following 5 required business prerequisite courses must be completed (grade listed on transcript) to be eligible:
- Statistics
- Calculus
- Microeconomics
- Macroeconomics
- Financial or Managerial Accounting (200 level)
3. Pursuing studies full time as outlined on the prescribed Study Plan page.
