Why did you choose UW Bothell?
UWB is a culturally diverse institution driven by student initiatives. As students, our opinions are highly valued and supported by faulty and staff. We feel empowered to speak openly regarding campus environment, events, and policies. UWB prepares us for success by offering various leadership opportunities; promoting the use of learned skills beyond the classroom setting; and engaging in critical discussions.

Plans after UWB
Attend Law School

Campus involvement
I am a President of the African American Student Union (AASU) and Resident Advisor (RA) at UWB Housing (Husky Village); and UWB high school mentor (Dream Project).

Advise to new college students
A successful person is an open-minded, yet determined individual. Do not allow others opinions or criticisms destroy your dreams and desires. Hence, what you aspire to become is up to you.

Role Models?
I do not have a specific role model, nevertheless, I admire individuals who empower the oppressed; support community building; voice their opinions rather than keeping silent; and finally those who obtain success through hard work and dedication rather than cheating and hurting others.
