What are your plans after graduation?
After graduation, I am planning on taking a year off to travel and learn more about other cultures with the hopes of finding out a little more about myself through the process. I will be applying for medical school the following year.
What is your favorite thing about UW Bothell?
Bothell is definitely a community! There are always familiar faces wherever you go, and I have personally built lasting friendships. There are also a variety of majors offered and plenty of resources available on campus to help you succeed in your goals.
Where are you from?
I am originally born in Turkey, and move to the United States when I was eight.
Any advice to prospective students?
Don’t be afraid to join a few groups that interest you, meet new friends, and talk to your professors! There’s a lot that you can learn outside of the classroom, and I think it’s important to build those interests and relationships to gain the most out of your experience here at Bothell.
