Applications will be accepted after the priority date on a space-available basis. International applicants are highly encouraged to meet the priority dates to ensure proper application processing time.

International Application Checklist
- Completed International Application for Admission
- Nonrefundable $75 Application Fee
- Personal statement
- Supplemental writing assignments
- Official high school transcript(s)
- Official transcript from any colleges/universities attended
Note: If you've attended a Washington state community college(s), please have your transcript sent directly from the community college electronically, not faxed.
- Complete the "Declaration of Finances" section of the application
- Official bank statements or letter sealed in an envelope, dated within the past six months
- Proof of English proficiency
