As the Assistant Director of Diversity Outreach and Recruitment, I take pride in leading the DOR team in planning ways to better support underserved student populations in our institution. From this office we explore creative and innovative ways to support students through the college application process, activities, workshops, and motivational talks and we push beyond traditional recruitment practices to ensure students truly make a deep connection with the University of Washington Bothell.
