Run 2 Be Fit, a local family-owned fitness training company, is offering FREE training sessions to the first 20 registrants! ($60 value) Sessions are on Mondays, April 1st through May 6th from 6-7 p.m. and start on the UW Bothell campus.
This six week course includes coaching, group running, strength training and conditioning exercises to help you not only learn the right way to run, but to also provide the necessary accountability and motivation to be ready for the Husky 5K on May 11th!
