Dr. Oscar Arias

Arias to Receive Honorary Degree

The University of Washington will confer an honorary degree upon Dr. Oscar Arias, a two-time President of Costa Rica and Nobel Laureate. Arias will speak at the UW Bothell commencement ceremony June 16. He will receive a Doctor of Humane Letters, honoris causa, for his contributions to world peace and prosperity. Read More
